Having a marketing plan is an important part of ensuring the success of your Miss Efficiency franchise. We will provide you with a 12 week start up marketing and promotional plan that you can tailor to best suit your business aspirations. Along with this program you have the use of a number of templates for flyers, letters and advertising.

Miss Efficiency provides upfront and ongoing training to ensure you are always well informed and prepared for all aspects of your business. Couple this with excellent support and leadership by the Franchisor Team and you have a winning recipe for success.

Unique Franchisee Support

As with starting any new business, there can often be a lot of administrative obligations and sales meetings. Although crucial to growing your business in the long term, they're not chargeable hours.

As a Miss Efficiency franchisee you will be assigned a unique Franchisee Liaison. This person will not only provide you with the vital support required in developing your business, but they will effectively be your sales representative/administrative support. This will allow you to get down to business and charge out your time in productive activities.

Your Franchisee Liaison will assist you in the following areas:

  • Initial set up of Administration files in your state-of-the-art filing system provided as part of your franchise.
  • Monthly Newsletters sent out to your clients, prospects and strategic alliances.
  • Quarterly Franchisee Newsletter full of hints, tips and useful information on running your Miss Efficiency franchise successfully.
  • Your Franchisee Liaison will attend networking events on your behalf.
  • Customer surveys completed.
  • Make and confirm appointments as required.
  • Send sales information to prospects, complete the sales call and meeting and attend to sales follow-ups.
  • Create and send Engagement Letter on conversion of a prospect to a client.
  • Send Thank You cards to referrals.
  • Maintain your TO DO LIST from MYOB ensuring that your clients don't get behind at BAS time including sending Anniversary Cards to clients as they fall due.
  • Chasing your debtors using our tried and tested system - your incidence of bad debts will be dramatically reduced.
  • General administrative and sales support.
  • Christmas cards will be sent to your database.
